Good trip , put it is a little cowded

The show was just 5 minutes, food quality was poor, even they did not have extra bread when we demanded. Overall poor experience.

Communication with SBR was absolutely horrible. When we reached out to confirm the location of the boat trip with SBR Tourism on the day of the tour they told us the boat was broken so asked us to reschedule to another (much less expensive) trip, we didn't, and just rescheduled. The day of the rescheduled boat tour we couldn't get any confirmation of the location despite several messages and then the address on the Groupon site sent us to the wrong location. Several taxis later we reached the dock and got a horrible seat on the boat as we were last to board. We've had so many other great experiences booked on Groupon for Dubai but this was above and beyond the worst.

SBR tourism is providing worst service. I never recommend booking any deal with this tour company. The coordinator from the company side was rude and not customer friendly. He is unprofessional and not timely responding to the requests. I purchased 2 deals from this company on same day. First one was Marina Dinner Cruise. One day before the tour day he confirmed the seats on cruise. Then 3 hours before the tour time, he said the boat is full and no space available. I don’t understand how he gave confirmation earlier. This reply I got when I contacted for the exact location details of the boarding point. Then he offered another cruise that was a cheaper one compared to the Marina dinner cruise. It was our wedding anniversary day and there wasn’t enough time to look for other options to celebrate the anniversary. So I went to that one and the trip and food was very bad it ruined our anniversary day. Second deal was for Green Planet entry tickets. This time I asked for the confirmed tickets 2 days before the visit day. He didn’t respond timely, kept delayed until the visit day. After so many calls and chats he agreed to send tickets on the visit day morning 9am. I believed him and went to the green planet location. He kept me waiting there for another 2 more hours and started saying system is slow and unable to retrieve the tickets. Finally I decided to cancel the deal though the Groupon for full refund and informed him the same then he replied saying don’t cancel I will send the tickets now. My advice to everyone is don’t book any deals with this tour company. Those who have already booked, please get a confirmed tour details at least one day earlier your tour day. If he keep on delaying, please cancel and go for full refund and go for some other good tour company deals.
