Over the course of eight or 12 one-hour sessions, participants can work towards fitness goals. Professional trainers put participants through their paces with military-style workouts, including push-ups, squats and sit-ups, while group challenges and obstacle courses encourage each person to think on their feet. Sessions take place at a number of locations throughout the week, both in the morning and in the evening, and are suitable for all fitness levels.
