The class and the teacher was good. It was more like one on one, special class than a group class that's why we enjoyed it. She did well on teaching us the basics first so we understood what is yoga and the importance of the practice and she guided us throughout the session. I highly recommend it.

About Emirates Grand Health Club
Located in a premium location on Sheikh Zayed Road in the infamous Emirates Grand Hotel, this health club features a plethora of modern facilities designed to keep customers in shape. Visitors can use a 290-square-metre gym, sauna, steam room and a rooftop swimming pool, taking in the views of the skyline. Those up for a workout can make use of numerous exercise machines, including treadmills, bikes, cross trainers, rowing machines, free weights and resistance equipment. The venue boasts mixed facilities as well as areas reserved for women. Dedicated personal trainers can oversee the customers' progress.
