I had the worst experience with this cleaning company. I paid for cleaning and sanitation and they have not do sanitation and charged extra for the service that they haven’t provided. The cleaners were 30 min late. After I requested for refund for sanitation there is no customer service to help you. They simply told me to contact groupon and never even apologised to me. What a terrible experience.

Absolutely the worst cleaning coMpany. It takes weeks to get a booking after chasing Jose (the lady that makes the booking), they turn up late, they are soo slow, always chatting on their phones, can’t clean properly. The lady was wiping the floor with a cloth, i told her to use the mop & she refused. I asked to clean 1 small balcony & mop a room & she refused. Then they refuse to accept groupon😡
