Breakfast is very crowded but good selection of food and beverages. Pool is great as well but only gets sun until 1PM. Keep it in mind when deciding to spend your day here or not. Beautiful facilities but could be a better experience. 4stars

When checking in, I was “blamed” for not having called the restaurant to confirm the reservation. I made the online reservation through Groupon and had not been asked to call the restaurant to reconfirm it. Groupon should have sorted it out with the restaurant. In any case, Intercontinental Hotel, a five-star hotel, should not put any blame on a customer. As the customer has already arrived and the tables are available, just simply lead the customer to the table without any “bullshit”. It’s not what customer service is expected from a five-star hotel. Much worse, when getting back my car from valet, I found my car window sprinkled with white paint. It’s probably because of renovation work carried just above my car when parked. The valet guy didn’t say sorry or make any apology. Intercontinental did disappoint me at all today.

Very good although don’t think it’s bottomless drinks we had 2 large glasses of wine then they started chargeing us for drinks
