Pema and Laxmi were excellent. I loved their service.
I’m giving 2 stars because the receptionist ruined the experience. She was rude and unprofessional, and her response to a simple question was dismissive. In a ladies salon, basic courtesy should be expected, and unfortunately that was missing.
