Pema and Laxmi were excellent. I loved their service. I’m giving 2 stars because the receptionist ruined the experience. She was rude and unprofessional, and her response to a simple question was dismissive. In a ladies salon, basic courtesy should be expected, and unfortunately that was missing.

I needed a Keratine treatment as my hair is thick, curly & long. It’s rather difficult to find a professional in Europe who knows how to apply it slowly to the hair and has the appreciation for how challenging it is in application. I went to Malithi hoping she could help. She worked for hours on my hair, and was so kind and knowledgeable. I am in complete shock at how beautiful my hair turned out. I can not write a more glowing review of Milithi and the salons service. Thank you to the entire team.
