I know my login credentials:
- Navigate to your Merchant Center
- Enter your current username and password or the username and password created after receiving the email with the subject line 'Log In to Your Merchant Center' (Local Merchants) or 'Preview Your Deal and Campaign Details' (Travel Merchants)
Tip: If your Groupon Customer account and Merchant account use the email address, the username and password will be the same
I don't know my login credentials:
- Click 'Forgot password?' on merchant center login page
- Enter your email address
- Await an email with a link that will allow you to reset your password. If you don’t receive the email, make sure to:
- Check your spam folder
- Check your spam folder
- Navigate back to your Merchant Center
- Enter new username and password
