Duplicate or Unrecognised Charges
When you place an order, we sometimes run an authorisation request to verify your card, as well as the actual payment.
You may notice two pending line items on your statement, but the authorisation amount will disappear within 2–3 business days once your transaction is completed. If it doesn't disappear, contact your bank for details.

If you don't recognise the charges on your bank statement at all, continue below to contact our customer support team. Please be ready with the name on the card that was used, as well as purchase dates and amounts charged.
