Cancelling an Order

  1. Head to My Stuff on the website or mobile app. Here you can view your voucher(s), view and edit your account details and preferences, and check for refund availability and Groupon Credits balances. 
  2. Select See Details next to the order you want to cancel. On the app, select the order itself. If your order is eligible for self-service, you'll see an option to Cancel Order.
  3. From here, you can make a selection from the available self-service options, chat us through the chat widget at the bottom of the page, or select Email Us.

Note: If you don't see Cancel Order, your order may still be eligible for a refund. Check out our Refund Policy.

Good to Know

  • If you purchased multiple Groupons in the same order, you'll have to cancel each Groupon individually.
