Canceled or Rescheduled GrouponLive Events

Whenever there’s a change to an event, we’ll notify all purchasers via email once we’ve received confirmation from the venue or promoter. 

  • If an event is cancelled, we'll confirm the cancellation and provide information about your refund at that time.
  • If an event is rescheduled, we will notify you about the changes and whether your original tickets or vouchers are still valid. In some cases, you may need to reprint your voucher or receive new tickets.
  • If you hear that an event is postponed, we ask for your patience until organizers have finalised changes to the event. If you already have your event tickets (check the Fine Print and your voucher for redemption details), please hold on to them, and we'll contact you as soon as event details have been confirmed.

If you’re unable to attend the event due to new date, time, and/or venue, please note that our cancellation policy and other terms listed in the Fine Print apply.
