I had purchased full wash package and no complaints about the vaccum bay staff and car washing. These guys are amazing but the rating of 3 (should be further less) is for the staff who clean after wash. They have zero professionalism and doesn't even know the basics of communicating to people and it would be a mistake if we expect customer service with those guys. They were harsh, rude and think we are getting the cars cleaned for free. Zone Auto care management please take this serious before you lose your reputation.
