Cancellation at least 12 hours in advance. Valid anywhere in Dubai. Carpet shampooing and deep cleaning of silk, woollen and handmade carpet will require 2 vouchers of same measurement. Each voucher must be for used for single transaction and article/piece. Removable carpet shampooing and deep cleaning will be done at the warehouse and would take 5 to 6 days.
