Prior booking/cancellation (subject to availability) at least 24 hours in advance. In case of a no-show, booked appointments will be invalid without refund. Valid for all car types. 50 AED surcharge for pick-up and drop-off service within Dubai for the showroom detailing package only. 50 AED surcharge for large vehicles and 4x4s on all packages except the wash, vacuum and wax package. Not valid for vans, trucks, buses and other commercial vehicles. AED 150 surcharge for Diamond Brite leather protection. Valid Sat-Thu 8am-1pm and 2pm-8pm (until 10pm for car collection).
