- How to use: spread a thin layer of Yotuel 7 Hours gel into the supplied mouth tray; place the mouth tray onto the teeth and keep it on for an hour; repeat over seven days

- Two thermo-mouldable mouth trays
- One Yotuel Classic Mint Whitening 25ml toothpaste to prepare the tooth surface for the application of gel and for everyday use
