What’s included:

Ski Dubai's Snow Classic ticket includes:

• Full-day and open pass access to Snow Park, Snow Cavern, Tobogganing, Giant Ball, Bob Sledge, Tubing Run, and Bump Car.
• One-time Ride of the Chairlift.
• One-time Ride of the Mountain Thriller.
• Winter gear provided: jacket, trousers, disposable socks, snow boots, and complimentary fleece gloves. (Snow caps not included).
• Helmets are compulsory for children under 13 years old.
• Ski Dubai Snow Plus ticket includes everything in Snow Classic, and additionally:
  • Open pass access to Mountain Thriller and Chairlift rides.
  • Choice between 2 hours on the ski slope (skiers/snowboarders must be intermediate level 2 to access the slope) or two rides of the Snow Bullet (zipline).
  • Lockers

Departure time:

• Global village timings - Sun-Wed from 5 pm to 12 am, Thu-Sat from 5 pm to 12 am.
• Ski Dubai Timings - Mon-Fri from 10 am to 11 pm, Sat-Sun from 9 am to 12 midnight.

Children aged 0-2 are not allowed to enter Ski Dubai.

The Snow Bullet Ride requires all riders to be above the age of 8 and above a height of 120 cm, weighing between 30-120 kg. Riders between the ages of 8 and 10 must have an accompanying adult. Riders between the ages of 10 and 14 must have a declaration of consent from their legal guardian.

For ski slope sessions, skiers/snowboarders must be at Intermediate Level 2 or above. Otherwise, access to the ski slope may not be permitted.

Please note that Ski Dubai charges AED 25 per guest as a refundable deposit for the Access Card.

Guests can make use of premium locker rental services at an additional charge. It enables taking Ski Dubai clothes to wear (including jackets, boots, pants, gloves, helmets, and socks) and rental equipment avoiding a rental queue.
