About Tony Roma's
Tony Roma's is a traditional American family-friendly restaurant, first opened in Miami, Florida in 1972. Barbecue ribs soon became the restaurant's speciality dish, and its popularity helped spread the company's name. When a Texas financier, and then owner of the Dallas Cowboys, visited in 1976, he was so impressed with the ribs that he established a jointly owned company to fund growth. Today the brand has over 150 restaurants across six continents, with chains everywhere from Los Angeles to Dubai to Tokyo. Despite all this, the focus is still on serving up the meals that granted the original restaurant such acclaim, with seafood, burgers, ribs, fries, chicken and other American diner classics all on the menu.
