The Deal
Zumba is a faced paced dance fitness class based on Latin dance moves with aerobic elements, while Absolute Abs will focus on strengthening and toning core muscles with some aerobic moves included. Classes take place on Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays with Absolute Abs taking place between 6:30pm and 7pm, and Zumba commencing at 7:30pm and finishing at 8:20pm.

Staffed with instructors who are all professional dancers and champions in different corners of the world, IDC aims to provide sessions with a fun and social atmosphere.

Expires 120 days after purchase. Limit 1 per person, may buy multiple vouchers as a gift. Booking required by phone, contact 04-440 1234 or 050-167 8259 between 2pm - 4pm or by email: info@idcdance.com. Required info in the email: name, contact number, preferred schedule and Groupon voucher as an attachment. Prior booking/cancellation (subject to availability) at least 24 hours in advance. Schedule could be changed according to seasons. IDC is closed during Public Holidays. Bring your towel/sport mat and wear indoor shoes. All group classes are mixed (male/female) and 18 and older. Registration fees of AED 25 to be paid once to IDC. Each package is valid for one month only. Not valid with any other promotion or offer. Valid for new customers only. All classes should be booked/used within the first month from date of purchase. Carried out by qualified instructors, KHDA certified and Approved. Each package is valid for 1 month only. Voucher will be considered as redeemed for customers who do not show up. In case of walk-in without booking in advance IDC will apply walk-in charges. Voucher can only be used for one person.
