1.the lady was late for 35 min 2.the lady says she doesnt know ironing , but she can try...( excuse me, i train you with my cloothes? 3. i booked 5 hours she finished in 3 hours, she said she finished, and she didnt finish. the balcony still dusty. but she says my apartment not much to do, because i maintain well my apartment was clean. so i send the lady back after she did 3 hours work, ( which i booked 5 hours) there custmer service apologized and said they will send me pioneer next time. and that 3 hours they will not charge me, but the fact is they redeemed my voucher

I booked a cleaner for 4 hours with timing of 4pm to 8pm last Dec 4. The schedule was confirmed one day ahead. On the day of the booking the cleaner was one and a half hour late. No one even informed me that the cleaner will come in late, I had to message them in WhatsApp several times to give me an update. Since I already cancelled plans for this I had no choice but to wait. Then the cleaner came. She was nice and polite but it was the worst cleaning services I had. She didn't know how to clean properly, I had to actually tell her what to do and how to clean even just a simple dining table. She was even going to use the same material she's using to mop the floor to wipe the surfaces of dressers and drawers. I booked for 4hours and she came 5:30pm so supposed to be she will finish at 9:30pm but then at 8:30pm she told she's leaving because she said that her company told her that it will only be 3 hours. I had to call the company and ask about the confusion and I was right it was 4 hours and so the cleaner stayed for another hour but she didn't care about cleaning good at all anymore. Seriously this cleaning service provider is not worth your money and your time.

Good service need to improve speed.
