Really poor customer experience. The owner of the barber salon claims that customers are supposed to use Groupon once, despite the fact stating that the voucher can be used four times a month. I have realised this with Groupon previously. Very clearly, here is someone that is looking to take advantage of Groupon by finding new customers, but then discouraging customers to use Groupon! Either the vendor needs to be removed, or the listing needs to be adjusted to reflect that it’s for first time customers only.
