The experience was amazing from the moment we entered. I booked a spa experience with for two at softtouch spa damac. The receptionist staff invited us with a warm and friendly welcome. They introduced all facilities available to use and ensured our experience was comfortable. I’d definitely use this spa again. And too add the masseuse from Thailand wish I knew her name, she was incredible
