This was a disaster. Here me out, I've been to Safari in Dubai 4 or 5 times before, with different companies, so I can honestly tell it was probably one of the worst ones. 1) Starting with a driver with terrible communication skills, asking me on Whatsapp 4 times for the address, then calling - I was repeating the same thing over and over again. Then he came to the hotel and didn't say a word - no hello, hi, not even making sure that' us, just being rude. His driving skills plus texting while driving just added up to this 'wonderful' experience. 2) Then it was time for quads, which we paid for in advance - but apparently the two ones we paid for weren't allow to ride on dunes, so we had to pay additional 300DHS, and had one quad for a couple instead of two. 3) Actual Safari part was quite okay, even though it was much shorer and less thrilling that the offer from other companies, but the stop for sunset pictures was the biggest disappointment of all. I remember from my previous trip it was an amazing, empty dunes with vast sandy areas, just perfect pictures stops. Instead, here we had a large LAND OF TRASH to take pictures of and about 5 mins to do so. 4) Last, but not least: the so called Oasis after riding was probably one of the worst among all offered. Food was ok, but it was also some kind of messy place, and shisha you paid for - shared, meaning, you can sit in a back with some randos and smoke from the same pipe. Other companies actually take care of you and you can have unlimited private shisha brought to your table, there are also henna paintings, snacks and beverages, free costumes to take pictures in. This one was super cheap and sketchy. Now goes THE BEST PART: At the end, the driver with his pal come to your table and asks if there are any problems. Well, you just wanna go home, so you say 'no'. Then they urgently want you to go on your groupon app - so I showed them the coupon, they took my phone and started searching for the review section, cause 'If there is no problem, give us five stars now' - here is why they have 5 stars on groupon. If I had been alone and the edged me like that maybe I would give in in scare, but I strongly informed I am going to do this later. Well, here is my later. Please guys, for your own comfort, never buy from this company.
