They were extremely organized and tried very hard to come on the same day that I called, which I wasn’t expecting. The guys who came were professional and willing to help. Definitely recommend them.

Although they were 1 hour late (they still messaged though to say they are running late) we are very satisfied with the service. The team is professional and did their job great. Also they had all precautions (mask & gloves) and showed us the before and after. Also purchased additional shampooing for the sofa and it really made a big difference, looks like new. Highly recommend them.

Fantastic service! The ProAqua team were punctual, professional and very thorough in their work. I was amazed to see how much dirt was extracted from my sofa, beds and carpets. They also cleaned the air conditioning vents leaving the apartment in an exceptionally clean condition.
I would highly recommend ProAqua LLC.
In fact, I plan on using them again in the next month or so.
