Prior booking/cancellation (subject to availability) at least 48 hours in advance. Must be 18 or older. Gym and swimming pool open to members Sat-Thu 6am-12am and Fri 4pm-10pm. Gym staff members reserve the right to verify the age by requesting a valid ID card. Appropriate fitness attire and training shoes must be worn whilst using the gym facilities.
