• Shave or wax and exfoliate one day prior to your session
• Shower several hours before your appointment
• Avoid oils and moisturisers on the day of your session
• Skip makeup, deodorant, and perfume
• Wear loose-fitting dark clothing and flip-flops or loose sandals
• Remove jewellery

After

• Wait 6–8 hours before your first shower
• Gently pat skin dry instead of rubbing
• Moisturise at least twice daily
• Use professional tan-extending products
• Avoid prolonged water exposure, including swimming
• Avoid saunas and excessive sweating
• Exfoliate gently only if necessary
• Use SPF when exposed to the sun
