Prior booking/cancellation (subject to availability) at least 24 hours in advance. Printed voucher must be presented. Prior cancellation (subject to availability) at least 12 hours in advance. Full-head highlights and colouring is valid up to a medium length - 16 inches. Longer hair will require a surcharge payable directly to the merchant.
