Food quality was very bad

This was one of the worst cruise experiences I've had in the last 12 years. I expected elegance and pleasantness to accompany luxury, but aside from the boat itself, nothing was enjoyable. Firstly, the food was very limited and sub-standard. Basic items like dal were not served on the lower deck, and the salad was spoiled. The food section closed very quickly, leaving many Jain guests without their requested meals. Secondly, the music was excessively loud and noisy. The DJ was rude and inconsiderate of guest requests. I had an elderly family member and an infant with me, and the music was extremely uncomfortable for such a long period. I would rate the DJ's attitude a negative 10. The staff were too lazy to serve or assist guests, focusing more on making extra money by offering upper deck seats or VIP sections. Overall, this was one of the worst experiences I've had on a cruise. I wouldn't choose this company again.

Firstly, regarding the food: we apologize for the limited options you experienced. The menu for the cruise was shared in advance as part of the deal, and while Jain food is not part of our standard onboard menu, we do offer the option to pre-request it, so we can arrange it accordingly. We’re sorry if this was not communicated clearly at the time of booking. Additionally, if any item was missing from the buffet counter—such as dal—we do keep a backup on board. The buffet counters do remain open until the cruise is parked, and even after the main service ends, our team is always ready to serve if a guest needs something toward the end. We regret if this was not properly managed during your visit. Regarding the music and DJ experience, we deeply apologize for the loud volume and any discomfort caused to your family, especially to your elderly family member and infant. We are also very sorry to hear about the behavior of the DJ. This is absolutely not the level of professionalism we expect from our team, and we will be addressing this internally to ensure future experiences are respectful and guest-focused. Concerning the seating arrangements, we would like to clarify that the cruise seating is planned as per deck availability. The VIP section is only offered if a guest specifically requests private seating—it is never meant to be a forced upsell. However, we are sorry if the way this was communicated made it seem otherwise. Lastly, we truly regret that you felt the staff were inattentive or focused more on selling than serving. Guest satisfaction is our highest priority, and your feedback has been shared directly with our onboard team so that immediate improvements can be made. Please accept our heartfelt apologies once again. We deeply value your feedback, and we assure you that we are taking every point seriously.
