Fine Print

Prior booking (subject to availability) at least 48 hours in advance, cancellation at least 24 hours in advance. Car delivery charges within Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman are AED 30, AED 50 and AED 50 respectively. Each Salik will be billed at AED 5 per salik. A documentation charge of AED 25 per fine will be charged and will be paid cash upon invoice submission. Client agrees to exercise all due care in safekeeping, caring for, cleaning of and preserving the vehicles. In case of an accident with police report, where client is responsible for negligence, client shall pay AED 1500 as excess charges for the insurance company; no surcharge in case of green paper with both parties. Full insurance (CDW) option available. The vehicle is insured. Police report mandatory, limit 200km per day. AED 0.50 surcharge per each additional km (unlimited option available). Client shall ensure the car is only issued to driver aged 25 or older with a UAE license or international license aged 1 year or older for insurance coverage. AED 3000 security deposit required. In cash mode the customer has to submit original passport. Deposit will be refunded within 20 days of returning. Transactional charges may apply on debit/credit card. Colour copies of passport with visa page, Emirates ID or Labour Card and Driving License required. Printed voucher must be presented. Valid on option purchased only.
