These Bikram yoga classes run for 90 minutes and consist of a series of 26 postures and two breathing exercises, practiced in a room heated to 40.6°C. The studio’s heated room is designed to relax muscles and joints to foster muscle-building, while instructors motivate students to push themselves at their own pace.

Clients must be well-hydrated and must not eat at least 2.5 hours before the class. No perfume allowed in class (yogis must be completely scent free). Showers and lockers available. Free parking is available in the basement: on Weekday EVENING CLASSES and Weekend only on Saturdays. The gate is located next to Byblos hotel entrance and opened 30 minutes before every class, except Fridays. Printed voucher must be presented.
