All guests are required to present their original Emirates ID or Passport to the captain at the time of arrival. Government regulations require we count each guest on our yachts, including minors of all ages. Please do not exceed the yacht's capacity. Extra people will not be allowed to board.
Cancellation: Cancellation will be effective on the date Master Yachts Cruises L.L.C. receives a written cancellation note. No cancellations are accepted within 72 hours of the trip and are non-refundable. Changes to the booking after it has been confirmed are subject to availability. While we will try our best to make the necessary arrangements, there may be additional costs. In the case of a No-Show. 100% of the booking’s value will be charged. We reserve the right to cancel or postpone your charter due to factors beyond our control, such as bad weather, mechanical failure, Coast Guard restrictions, or the enforcement of new laws. Master Yachts Cruises L.L.C. will provide an alternative date/time.
