The Merchant
Established in 2004, Maharaja Bhog serves up homely vegetarian cuisine sourced from all across India in a thali style. They boast over 900 dishes on their menus, providing 30 different items for 30 days of the month, to complement the shifting seasons. The team also offers a catering service for weddings, corporate dinners, birthday parties and more. The Dubai restaurant is one of seven across the world, including three in India and one in the USA.
