Very pathetic service. The staff is really rude. I paid for dr renaud they just started the facial without any brief. My skin is sensitive, when I said I paid give me some other service the Filipinos started to rate the voice. And they were extremely rude. I looked for the other deal for facial from their Salon. I asked them to advise me which will suit they had the audacity to say that today is eid and we are full. I even said do a patch test to see if dermologica suits on my skin they totally refused. When I said I will write bad reviews, they didn’t care and said please go ahead.
I would like to complain your staff, she said her name is Annie. I did my keratin in your salon last Oct 13 and was told I can wash it yesterday which I did. My hair seems like it was not treated. Due to my busy day yesterday I was not able to bring this up to your salon. I washed my hair again tonight but didn’t shampoo it. I only used conditioner. My hair looks the same as if it wasn’t treated. Around 8:30PM today, I called your salon and spoke to this person named Annie. She’s so rude. She cannot handle what I was complaining until I flared up because she raised her voice at me. She hang up the phone while I was talking. From our conversation she said:
1. She judged that I used harsh shampoo. I was not even told what shampoo should I use. And FYI, this is not my first keratin treatment. The results were good except the one that was done from your salon.
2. She said, that’s what I get from getting the lowest price. I paid 299 plus 100. If for her that’s the cheapest, she could have paid for it. It doesn’t matter if cheap or whatsoever but I’ve known Mad Lilies since 2018. I even brought my friend because I vouched to her that you provide good service.
3. I was about to write my review but saw some reviews saying how rude the receptionist was. Annie said, people can say whatever they want to say. And I told her, it’s not what we want to say but what we experienced. I don’t care about other people’s point of view.
4. I went to the salon before 9PM since she hang up the phone. It’s already closed. I thought the timing is until 9PM?
Moreover, if she’s the receptionist being pertained in the reviews, she should have been aware of how she handles customer’s service because she doesn’t have it. She doesn’t make any sense when she explained her side. She’s not even the hairstylist!
