To be honest it’s already been 4-5 times I did the desert safari with them as an activity for my friends visiting me. All of the previous times were better than this last one.
We were picked up 1:30 (too early), since we were dropped off at the camp by 3:30 approx. so we had such a long time to wait until dinner & shows. Also, we never shared tables until this time, neither ever had 1 atv for 2…

Raja our tour guide for the safari was brilliant! Very helpful and friendly and was always at hand for any questions and was always happy to help! 5 star serv

The driver came late and he called to inform us only 5 min before reaching.
My sister fell from the camel because the saddle was not set properly. She has bruise on her leg and pain on her back from the fall and she spent over 24 hours in bed. The food was terrible, we found frozen fine beans in the salad and frozen potatoes, nobody ate from our table.
On top of this I have been in contact with them, asking to talk to a manager and they are not replying at all, I even sent the video of the fall and still no one is replying to me.
Very bad service!!! AVOID!

Navid and Luxury tours took so much care of us! Everything was wonderful will definitely book again. Bring extra cash for things outside of tour but what is included you will get! Thank you again
