Prior booking (subject to availability) at least 48 hours in advance. 24-hour cancellation policy. Valid only for option purchased. Clients are advised to arrive at least 30 minutes before departure. Children are from 5 to 10 years old. Dress code: smart casual, may carry beachwear to swim. Booking may be cancelled due to weather and trip may be rescheduled. Equipment provided. Customers must bring valid passports. Residents must send copy of valid passport and visa 3 or 4 days before date of trip to get entrance permit. Tourists need only passport copy. GCCs don't need entrance permit. Bring your original valid passport with you to the border. Pick-up at 7 a.m. to 8 a.m. from Burjuman Spinneys. Clients can arrive by their cars (must be on border at 9:30 am.) Cruise trip 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Drop-off at 5:00 pm to 7:30 pm at points of departure. Printed voucher must be presented.
