Horrible service by a filipina this time. I have gifted a lot of these vouchers to my friend, since He said the service done a Thai lady was extremely superb. This time it was a filipina lady. She stopped at 50 minutes itself. I have gifted 2 more vouchers from the same spa and I'm really upset with the service provided. 60 minutes spa is completed in 50 minutes if extra service is denied..

I am really upset with the SPA service at Ivory. Before starting the massage itself she started asking whether I need extra services or not and she listed down the price of her services after massage. I was perplexed since this was my first experience. When I said I can’t pay and I don’t need any happy ending & I refused all her offers, she was so upset and she discontinued the massage and said she needs to do a PCR test and that she is getting late and asked me to leave. I think the hotel must pay them a fair and fixed salary so that they treat their customers well. I learnt that their only earning is from their customers tips which they get for extra services after massage. I really felt very sad for them and at the same time felt they deserve this because of their rude behavior.
