Reservation confirmation will be sent via email along with the booking confirmation number. Cancellations must be made via email, please contact booking@hotairballoonllc.com; if cancelled within 72 hours of the flight, no refunds will be given. Centralised pick-up from Burjuman, Deira City Centre and Outlet Mall. Subject to technical and weather conditions. If the flight is cancelled by the provider, the customer will be allowed to reschedule. Those weighing more than 120 kg will be charged double. Guns, lighters, professional zoom cameras, luggage bags, alcohol and knives are prohibited. Passengers may carry mobile phones, handbags and water bottles, but it will be their responsibility.
