Email passport copy, Emirates ID or UAE driving licence (without any valid ID passengers are not allowed to fly) and provide name, age, weight, hotel name and telephone number, room number and guest's personal email address or UAE mobile number or international WhatsApp number. Once merchant receives Groupon, confirmation of reservation will be sent through email along with booking confirmation number. Printed voucher must be presented. Cancellation policy: before 72 hours with 100% refund; before 48 hours with 75% refund; before 24 hours 50% refund; less than 24 hours non-refundable. Cancellation from merchant due to technical, weather or ATC permission issues will either result in reschedule or free pass of the option purchased. Cancellations must be done through email to booking@hotairballoonllc.com in writing only. Passengers with weight over 120kg will be charged double the ticket price. Passengers may carry (at own responsibility) mobile phones, tablets, handbags and water bottles. Guns, lighters, professional cameras,luggage, alcohol or knives are prohibited. Children must be 5 or older. Passengers aged 70 and older are not allowed. Women more than 3 months pregnant are not allowed. Those with serious heart problems, knee and back pains or major surgery during last 6 months are not allowed. Not suitable for people with height phobia. Not suitable for people with serious mental or emotional disorders. Not suitable for people with any physical impairments.
