Guests can head to Horizon on a Thursday or Friday night to savour an array of international cuisine from around the world. While a live BBQ and sushi station serve freshly-prepared dishes made from organic home-grown produce, guests can also look forward to oriental cuisine from Jordan, Syria, Lebanon, Persia and the Emirates. The buffet is complete with healthy options and kid’s menu. Every visitor will be able to sip juices, water and soft drinks to their heart’s content.

About Horizon – All Day Dining at Amwaj Rotana, JBR

Turning daily meals into memorable experiences, the team of chefs at Horizon prepare dishes inspired by international cuisine and traditions of the Levant region. The restaurant interior is decorated in a contemporary style with accents of the sea while the outdoor terrace provides an al fresco dining experience for guests. In addition to the buffet options available, Horizon also has an a la carte menu and all meals can be accompanied by either a soft drink or house beverage.
