On a spa day at the Hilton Capital Grand Abu Dhabi , guests get their run of the high-tech gym, the tranquil pool and the sauna, steam room and hot tub to relax and unwind. In addition to this, guests can choose a further element of luxury with either a Thai massage, Moroccan hammam or vichy shower. The Thai massage is 60 minutes and uses traditional techniques to loosen tight muscles and ease tension. The Moroccan hammam aims to deeply cleanse and refresh skin through a combination of steam and exfoliation of the whole body, while the vichy shower is like a horizontal shower to wash away impurities in the skin as well as troubles and cares.
