Expires 31 May 2019. Limit 1 per up to 5 people, may buy 1 additional as a gift. Booking required by phone or email, contact +971 4 208 1455 or tours@daw.ae. Prior booking/cancellation (subject to availability) at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the flight will incur a surcharge of 50% of the booking value. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the flight will incur a surcharge of 100% of the booking value. Please provide a valid contact telephone number on booking. Passengers are required to bring photo ID or passport to the check-in area. Must be 4 or older. Should the client be in the 7th or later month of pregnancy, a valid doctor’s certificate must be provided stating that the client is medically able to fly. Must arrive 1 hour prior to scheduled time. Arriving late may result in loss of appointment, no refund will be offered. In case of a late arrival or no-show merchant reserves the right to release the flight to another customer 15 minutes before the scheduled time, unless the flight can be rescheduled without adversely affecting the timings of other scheduled tours. Merchant has the right to refuse any person or carriage of any item if it is deemed unsafe or may cause discomfort to the passengers or crew. Helicopter AS350 B3 can accommodate up to 5 passengers. Any footage taken may not be used for commercial purposes; personal cameras must be limited to lenses under 400mm. Flight routes and duration are subject to change. In the event of poor weather conditions or other external factors out of merchant's reasonable control, the flight may be cancelled at short notice without any charges being applied to the client, and can be rescheduled as per the client's specifications and availability.
