Very disappointing experience. The massage itself was mediocre, and the session was constantly interrupted by unnecessary questions, the therapist checking her phone, and leaving the room several times. This made it impossible to relax. The whole visit lasted barely 45 minutes including the shower, which is unacceptable for a hotel spa. It felt rushed and unprofessional. Absolutely not recommended
