Great centre - relaxed, friendly & chilled group of people. Enjoyed my morning diving with them.

I had a truly terrible experience with this dive center, and I feel compelled to warn others about it. While the actual diving was decent, the overall management and service were shockingly poor. I had booked two sessions for the same day—1 PM and 7 PM. The first session wrapped up at 3:30 PM, and I was left waiting for the next one. According to their guidelines, you’re supposed to set up your gear 30 minutes before the start. So, at 6:30 PM, I checked in with the guide, who was still finishing his dinner. Instead of starting on time, he casually decided to push everything back to 7:30 PM. I was frustrated but tried to be understanding, only to watch him vanish right after that without a word. I was left alone in the office with nothing but a cat for company. I reached out to the center around 8 PM, only to be told that the guide would arrive in maximum 15 minutes. After waiting, he never showed up, and I eventually left in utter frustration. They later claimed the guide arrived right after I left, but who knows? Their communication was a mess. To add insult to injury, they offered me a free night dive as compensation, but by then, I was already on my way to Dubai, feeling like I had wasted a significant part of my vacation. They said a manager would contact me, but I didn’t hear anything for three days. When I finally asked for a refund for both dives to make up for my lost time, they claimed they could only process one refund and blamed Groupon for the issue. Their solution? A free dive that would expire in a month—completely useless for a tourist like me who wouldn’t be returning anytime soon. This experience was not just disappointing; it was a complete waste of my vacation time. If you value your time and money, steer clear of this business. They clearly lack the professionalism and integrity that any reputable company should uphold.
