- Online access to the accredited multimedia e-learning course for 3 months (approx. 10 hours of study time)

- Access to helpful downloadable learning resources and videos
- PDF certificate will be sent upon completion of exam; additional fees apply for hardcopy
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Must have access to a computer

- Final exam to be booked through Training Byte Size
- It is advised that booking for exam should be at least 3 weeks before desired exam date
- Minimum of 10 days notice must be given if changing examination date; failure to do this will incur a $100 transfer charge
