The Experience

Itinerary
Day 1: Departure from home-Beijing
- Meet and greet, transfer to the hotel with tour manager
Day 2: Beijing
- On the way to Tiananmen Square, photo stop at National Theatre
- Visit to Tiananmen Square, walk through the Forbidden City
- Visit to Hutong, the local and traditional Beijingese living area
- Option: rickshaw ride, special lunch hosted by local family, evening Kung Fu show ($80 or RMB 500 per person)
- Experience traditional Chinese tea culture
- Visit to silk factory

Day 3: Beijing
- Visit to the 2008 Olympic Games Sites, Bird’s Nest And Water Cube (Outside)

- Hiking on 2000-the year old Great Wall of China
- Visit to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) researching centre, learning about Chinese herb medicine (optional: foot massage at additional cost)

Day 4: Beijing
- Visit to Temple of Heaven, with en route morning exercise (Tai Chi lesson)

- Pearl Factor Outlet: customers can shop for pearls at wholesale prices, and bargain for a good price

Day 5: Beijing
