The Experience
Travellers are invited to explore the sights of Budva, located on the coast of the Adriatic Sea. Part of the Budva Riviera, it’s known for sandy beaches and nightlife. What’s more, the country’s most-visited destination attracts holidaymakers with a beautiful medieval Old Town surrounded by the narrow streets. The convenient local landscape boasts a vivid plethora of green trees, azure waters and high mountains, making for a favourable spot for spending a nature-inspired vacation.
The Hotel
Located in close proximity to the sandy Slovenska Beach and Marina, four star Hotel Budva invites tourists to enjoy rich cultural and historical heritage of the town. The rooms come complete with en suite bathrooms, TVs, air conditioning and hairdryers. On-site amenities include a restaurant, a bar and a wellness centre.
The Itinerary
Day 1:
Arrive in Tivat Airport. Private transfer from the airport to hotel in Budva.
Day 2:
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer from hotel accommodation to Budva old town for city’s sightseeing with the local guide. Budva is the poster child of Montenegrin tourism. It attracts holidaymakers with its atmospheric Stari Grad (Old Town), the bonny beaches of the Budva Riviera and partying until dawn; with scores of buzzy bars and clanging clubs, it’s not nicknamed ‘the Montenegrin Miami’ for nothing. Though Budva has been settled since the 5th century BC, customers will be hard-pressed finding much – outside of the Old Town – that isn’t shiny and relatively new. Development has run rampant here, and not all of it appears to be particularly well thought out. In the height of the season, Budva’s sands are blanketed with package holidaymakers from Russia and Ukraine, while the nouveau riche park their multimillion-dollar yachts in the town’s guarded marina. That said, Budva has a hectic, happy charm all its own, and is a must-stay stop on any Montenegrin itinerary.
Day 3:
Breakfast at the hotel. Spend the rest of the day exploring the city.
Day 4:
Breakfast at the hotel. Prepare for check-out. Transfer to Tivat Airport for the return flight.
