The Experience
Holidaymakers will land in Delhi ready to explore the wonders of the city. The second day of the tour starts with a drive past the towering Red Fort before paying respects at the Mahatma Gandhi memorial, a visit to Humayun’s Tomb, Qutub Minar and more. The tour also includes a trip to the Taj Mahal, a journey to Jaipur, also known as the Pink City, complete with palaces, havelis and forts, and visit Amber Fort to see the blending of Hindu and Islamic architecture. Travellers will also enjoy yoga activities in Rishikesh, also known as the yoga capital of the world, and visit Lakshman Jhula, Ram Jhula, Swarg Ashram, Bharat Mandir before indulging in a Ganga ceremony at Parmarth Niketan.
The Itinerary
Day 1: Arrive in Delhi
- Meet and greet at the airport by a representative and transfer to the hotel

Day 2: Delhi

- Morning sightseeing of Old Delhi: drive past the Red Fort (remains closed on every Monday) and visit Raj Ghat the memorial to Mahatma Gandhi
- Later enjoy sightseeing in New Delhi: Humayun’s Tomb, Qutub Minar (tallest brick minaret in the world), drive past India Gate and President’s House

Day 3: Delhi-Jaipur (260 km, 5-hour drive)

Day 4: Jaipur

Day 5: Jaipur-Agra (205 km, 5-hour drive)

- Drive to Agra. On arrival visit the Taj Mahal (closed on Fri), one of the Seven Wonders of the World, built by 20000 men for over 17 years in honour of Shah Jahan’s wife
- Later enjoy a sightseeing tour of Agra: a visit to Agra Fort, designed and built by Akbar in 1565 A.D., built with barricaded wall of red sand stone, home to a range of palaces (Jahangir Mahal, Diwan-i-Khas, Diwan-i-Am, Macchi Bhawan, Nagina Masjid, Moti Masjid, Sheesh Mahal, Musamman Burj from where Taj Mahal is visible)

Day 6: Agra-Delhi-Rishikesh by Car/Train
