Restrictions: Deal is valid for men, women and kids. Braces start from ages 10-12 years old. Invisalign & 3D ortholine for adults or kids (with permanent teeth). Customers with existing braces can also use this deal for an upgrade or a replacement of the existing ones. Deal is not inclusive of follow up checkups. Consult the clinic for follow up & checkup details and rates. Customers can purchase one voucher (1 tray) in option 1 & 2, visit the clinic for a consultation to know the required amount needed to purchase. Incase customer is not suitable to be treated on option purchased, either the amount will be used for a different treatment based on the doctor's consultation or the customer will request a refund from Groupon. Customers can purchase as many trays needed from option 1 & 2 (per Dr's consultation). Printed Groupon must be presented. See the rules that apply to all deals.
