The dinner buffet was disappointing compared to my last 2 visit years ago.
The buffet spread was very limited . Most salads were plain cut veggies. The main courses were not nothing to talk about. The beef was hard, the fish was soft and texture tasted like they used frozen fish. And the food was not adequately heated. Desert choice too were few as compared to before. Overall a standard buffet not deserving of a 5star hotel like Sofitel. I know they discounted the fare to 88/- but they must keep up to the expectations. The Plus point is the staff are very courteous and polite. I purchased the wrong groupons and they were understanding and polite to let us in and have dinner without embarrassing us and collected the groupons later. Monica was attending to us.
