- Deep cleaning includes:
- Sweeping and scrubbing of all floor areas. including damp mopping of areas such as tiles, floors, walkways, entrance area and washrooms
- Sofas, tables, trash receptacles and easily movable items tilted or moved to clean underneath
- Dusting, vacuuming and cleaning all furniture and common household items such as sofas, tables, chairs, shelves and curtains
- Detail vacuuming including edges, corners, crevices, vents, ceiling fixtures and similar items
- Cleaning of balcony and balcony glass from both inside and out
- Thorough cleaning of toilets, bathrooms, bathroom fittings and mirrors
- Removing any grease marks or fingerprints from doors, door frames, windows and window frames
- Degreasing of kitchen including cabinets and appliances
- Removing trash to designated area and keeping trash area in a reasonably clean condition
- Polishing all brass surfaces including door and window handles and plaques
- Dusting window sills and blinds and cleaning shutters as required
- Wiping of window blinds with a damp cloth to ensure that all smudges are removed
