The Deal
Meat lovers can learn the art of butchery, including making sausages and grinding or cutting meat during a two-hour class. At the end of the lesson, guests can take home 500 grams of meat, with the choice of minced beef, beef kafta, beef shank, chicken breast, or minced chicken.

The Merchant
City Butcher was first established in Lebanon, before the owner’s grandson decided to set up a shop in the multicultural city of Dubai. They aim to supply good quality meats such as, beef, lamb and chicken, and deliver ready-to-cook cuts to homes and restaurants.
